Fureverdock (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a desktop pet companion app for macOS and Windows. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use Fureverdock and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, display name, profile photo URL (if provided), and a unique account ID. We do not receive your sign-in password.
• Pet content: Pet profile details (name, species, sex, age), reference photos you upload, validation results, and generated pose images and videos.
• Purchase information: When you buy a custom pet credit or related product, Stripe processes payment. We receive purchase records such as product ID, transaction ID, purchase status, and amount/currency when available. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
• Local data: App settings, cached media, and sign-in session data stored on your device. Built-in pets can be used without signing in.
• Support messages: Information you send when you report an issue or email us.
• Technical logs: IP address, request timestamps, and error details from our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Validate photos and generate your pet’s assets
• Process purchases and link them to your account
• Respond to support requests and fix issues
• Protect the Service and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your pet photos or generated videos for advertising.

3. Data Storage and Security

Account and pet data are stored in our cloud database. Photos and generated media are stored in cloud file storage. Settings and cached files stay on your device. We use HTTPS and standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. To request deletion of cloud data, contact us (Section 9).

4. Third-Party Services

Fureverdock uses third-party services, including:

• Google Firebase: Sign-in and file storage. Subject to Google’s privacy policy.
• Google Cloud: API hosting and database.
• Google Gemini: Reference-photo analysis.
• Kie.ai: AI image and video generation.
• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Apple / Google: Sign-in only. Subject to their respective privacy policies.

You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and privacy policies where applicable.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and cloud data
• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing, where applicable
• Contact your local data protection authority

To exercise these rights, email us from the address linked to your account or provide enough information for us to verify your identity.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
